November Campaign: Oppose Gov. Crist's Global Warming Mandates

Steve PerryEnglewood, FLSeptember 9, 2008Visit GlobalSmarming.com to see the complete truth about the Global Warming scam. It's a difficult, gut wrenching read, but if you can complete it, you will become a master expert on every single aspect of "Global Warming." You will be the teacher!
Jerald JacobsonSt. Petersburg, FLSeptember 3, 2008The case for Carbon and global warming is a political, feel-good movement. The science is simply not there. Climate change is a natural phenomenon which we have always had to accommodate to. Stop wasting our tax dollars.
Floyd StrasbaughTampa, FLAugust 17, 2008Govonor, Please do not cave in to the Greenies. Global warming is not as a result of Humans. 90 percent of the global warming is by nature, let it play itself out. I am not willing to give up my lifestyle to accomodate the Greenies who are lying about our impact on the environment.
Judy Fixtarpon springs, FLJuly 7, 2008stop costing us more money with these "great reforms". we can't afford it

John LeeLee, FLApril 21, 2008If global warming is a problem then why has the sea tempatures been cooling for the last five years. NASA has found that the models are wrong. They incorrectly state that clouds have a warming effect when they have a cooling effect. Do not use our tax money on this scam.
Audry FarmerPalm Bay, FLApril 20, 2008Get past this "bull"ony and get on with an agenda for freedom for the people.
Richard CroftLake Worth, FLApril 20, 2008It is well known (or should be) that many scientists question the doomsday scenario painted by that charlatan Al Gore. He has fooled many people, but many scientists have disproved his false claims and pointed out numerous errors in his book and movie, “An Inconvenient Truth”. Despite the fact that these errors have been pointed out and many of his claims are false, he has never apologized or corrected his false claims. I will not take the time to refute his many false claims here, but anyone who has an interest in the truth can easily find it on the Internet. A report by the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment & Public Works in 2007 provided voluminous documentation on the findings of over 400 scientists who refuted man-made global warming claims. Our taxes should be spent wisely on increasing energy supply and reducing prices, not on wasteful "pie-in-sky" global warming elimination schemes.
jim hewittPunta Gorda, FLMarch 15, 2008let me see ,coldest winter on record = global warming wow,al gore should give his peace prize up for a dunce cap, science points to likely comeing ice age,if gov.chuck does not wise up maybee we can dump him next election,i wish he was as concerned about cutting taxes. go chuck
Rosemarie HewittPunta Gorda, FLMarch 14, 2008If you look at the real facts, you may find that a little warming preceeds the cool down phase. Have you seen the current pictures of Lake Huron. Don't use this as a way to take our money when you really can't prove that "we" cause global warming.
Brian ZimmermanCape Coral, FLFebruary 22, 2008Please don't waste my hard earned money(taxes) on flawed science. There is no hard scientific evidence that "global warming" is caused by man. The earth constantly goes through heating and cooling cycles, and that is a scientific fact.
Jennifer CrawfordMacclenny, FLFebruary 12, 2008I don't want the animals to become extinct because of some money hungrey humans! We citizens shouldn't have to fight the government on saving the world.

Richard CoxTampa, FLAugust 31, 2007There is no credible evidence that global warming is caused by any human activity. The earth's climate and temperature variations are caused by the irregular nature of the Earth's orbit around the Sun, the nearly 3 degree variance in the earths's axis, and the wobble on its axis as it spins through space in it orbit. Remember that the U.S. abandoned the development of the SST in the last century because some ill-informed "scientists" argued that it might bring on a new Ice Age. Govenor Crist is playing into the hands of socialists who want to empower governments and redistribute wealth.
J TawneyOrange Park, FLAugust 29, 2007We do not need to go down this path. There is no reason why each can not do our part to conserve the environment. This are reason why we should not force these mandates on our private businesses. Drop this approach and try talking to private businesses and your constituents instead. You may be surprised at the co-operation and strength of your constituents in dealing with private companies.
Tom BurnsBoca Raton, FLAugust 29, 2007x
SAMUEL HAMILTONTEMPLE TERRACE, FLAugust 29, 2007Goodness, I THOUGHT I voted for a conservative Republican. Sadly you are looking more and more like a liberal Democrat. Are we to expect the same non-results you have obtained on Insurance and Property Tax reforms? Sometimes doing nothing trumps doing the WRONG thing.
James CaridesSarasota, FLAugust 29, 2007Essentially, every recommendation the Governor made was wrong. Just today (8/29/07) Sarasota experienced a brief reduction in electricity to power A/C units because of demand that could not be met. This is the first sign of energy shortages to come. We should be expanding use of coal and nuclear power to the fullest extent and drilling for more oil and gas. Wind and solar are woefully inadequate and the environmentalists are delusional.
Dave SummersNeptune Beach, FLAugust 27, 2007I ENCOURAGE YOU TO FOCUS YOUR EFFORTS ON MORE IMPORTANT ISSUES THAN THIS, MUCH OF WHICH IS NOT PROVEN. I FEEL YOU ARE ACTING AS AN IMPOSTER OF THE CONVSERVATIVE MOVEMENT. I SUPPORTED YOU AS A CONSERVATIVE AND EXPECTED YOU TO FOLLOW THE CONSERVATIVE AGENDA, NOT THE LIBERALS!!! IT IS BECAUSE OF THIS TYPE OF GOVERNING I SUPPORT THE CLUB FOR GROWTH NOW AND NOT THE REPUBLICAN PARTY.
David ShoreWest Palm Beach, FLAugust 27, 2007Governor Crist, get real. I can't figure out if you're M.I.A, or acting by remote control... in either case, we can certainly do without this extreme change in political direction. Please! Come back and take care of the real issues that we elected you to do in the first place. Doing anything else but THAT is a waste of your time and our money and votes.
Eugene HillerSarasota, FLAugust 27, 2007Gov. You will cost us a fortune with no scientific peer revued documentation to proove your actions. You may win Democrat votes, but you will lose ours.
Lucy HillerSarasota, FLAugust 27, 2007Gov. You are on the wrong path
DANIEL K. FLEMINGELKTON, FLAugust 27, 2007x
Joseph ZagurskyBonita Springs, FLAugust 27, 2007Dear Governor Crist, I'm a man with considerable scientific background. I don't think that the Global Warming mandates you are proposing will make any difference. Even if your proposals were to be picked up by other states, the impact is likely to be miniscule. Just for perspective, are you aware that the Vikings farmed Greenland in the 1400's? Are you aware that the global warming we are experiencing began around 1850? Please have your staff look at this with a more discerning eye. Thank you, Joseph Zagursky

John WheelerLutz, FLAugust 25, 2007Dear Governor, Speaker Rubio has it dead right. "Instead of adopting measures that will have little if any impact on our environment and make life in Florida more expensive, we need a strategy that encourages environmental conservation, fuel efficiency and energy diversity, while continuing to stimulate our economy." The executive orders enacting your global warming manadates must have been crafted by Michael Moore. Educate yourself about the real science. These measures are not needed and do harm to Florida and its people.

Joseph De VittoChicago, ILAugust 24, 2007Governor Crist, If you succeed in implementing these regulations and I visit your state and get sun burned really bad, does that mean that I can now hold you and your state responsible for damages since you apparently think you can control it through government intervention? Also, can you tell me where Al Gore got his advanced degree in Global Climatology and how long has he had it?

Erskine HopkinsSarasota, FLAugust 24, 2007Science does not support the hypothesis that man-made CO2 emissions are a cause of global warming. Water vapor is the principal greenhouse gas and mankind has no control over it. The present slight global warming is largely natural and can be attributed to changes in the sun's emittance and magnetism.
Linda MaharRockledge, FLAugust 24, 2007Global warming and cooling has been going on longer than we have been on this planet. Before you take steps to fix something you should know if it is broken. Please don't make things worse by acting before knowing. It's possible that we are warmer because we are currently closer to the sun.
Brian StrongOrlando, FLAugust 23, 2007Dear Governor Crist: While it appears you are attempting to increase your power, even you should be intelligent enough to realize you will NEVER have enough power to directly influence the energy output of the Sun !! Which is the the ONLY WAY to effect any meaningful change in our thermal future. To be plain: it is the SUN and NOT Man that is having the most effect regarding "Global Warming". How else do you explain Mars also showing warming symtoms ?? Cease and desist your efforts to impose crippling economic sanctions on your own constituents !

Tom WrightBradenton, FLAugust 23, 2007I am ashamed to admit that I voted for charlie crist. It spoke volumes that he was NOT endorsed by our outgoing Governor, Jeb Bush. Mr. crist has done absolutely NOTHING that would qualify him to run under the auspices of the Republican Party. This effort, as is true of everything else he has championed, is nothing more than pandering to the "mentally challenged" voter. In other words, a typical democrat politician.

Do you honestly believe that YOU and any amount of Social manipulation are going to change the dynamics of our solar system? There are a lot more realistic problems you can help solve instead of adding more governmental regulations that don't accomplish anything. I am not a "left wing liberal" and did not vote for you thinking you to be either. I oppose these global warming mandates that you are pursuing. Jimmy WalbyPerry, FLAugust 22, 2007I am completely for protecting the environment and guarding against needless waste, polution and any other iteration of indivudal or corporate environmental irresponsibility. HOWEVER, that may or may not have anything to do with "fighting global warming." There is no reason we can't protect the environment in a fiscally sound and efficient manner so we can have a win-win (thriving environment and thriving economy) which "fighting global warming" has little or nothing to do with.
Phillip GoodmanPonte Vedra Beach, FLAugust 22, 2007x
James RossMilton, FLAugust 22, 2007I was there for the first Earth Day fearmongering on the coming Ice Age. NASA has been caught cooking the books on its temperature measurements and many of the reporting stations have been shown to be located too near artificial heat sources. The only sure thing about the climate is that it changes. you are acting more like a socialist dictator then a consrvative. You are too foolish or too disingenuos to get my vote.
Spencer MitchellTallahassee, FLAugust 22, 2007Most environmental legislation is based on irrational fear than real science. Constantly increasing the size and scope of government control in the name of "saving the environment" is likely to do little to improve the environment and will certainly hurt the states potential tax earnings: reducing productivity, stifling growth and forcing some to leave our state. In the end, the state will have less money to make meaningful environmental progress.
Jerry ChabrianPort Orange, FLAugust 21, 2007Dont support global warming's anti American industry's stance. Global warming is just political power grabbing.
Terry McVeighYulee, FLAugust 21, 2007Please don't follow California standards. I prefer the climate in California, but I can't afford the taxes, water, and all other expenses. We live in Florida. Why not make use of solar energy? It's free, after the initail solar collectors, and constant.
Diane deSavoyKissimmee, FLAugust 21, 2007The question I have to ask is: what is the "real agenda" behind this. It certainly isn't a logical answer to global warming. Donna SnappBrooksville, FLAugust 21, 2007"Global warming" is the euphemism for the latest liberal cash cow. Please don't waste our hard-earned money in this scheme to bilk and raid government funds.
Cheryl ThomeczekSaint Petersburg, FLAugust 21, 2007All I hear is a lot of talk. Everything you said you where going to do isn't getting done. You jump around from issue to issue and nothing, it is like trying to keep up with a room full of 4 year olds. FOCUS!!!! Deal with the problems that that are affecting Floridians now! We need action on the issues that are up in front now. What you are suggesting will make it impossible to financially live her which is impossible now.
Jules FeldbergLongwood, FLAugust 21, 2007Global Warming is part of the Left Wing agenda and as a good Conservative, who places the safety and security of America of all, you must reject this. Gov. Bush saw thru the politics behind this and rejected he concept. I implore you to follow suit.
Geraldine BarnesAnthony, FLAugust 21, 2007We do not need to take short cuts on factors that contribute to global warming. I am against yuur bill Gov. Christ. Please come up with something better
Leonard De YoungENGLEWOOD, FLAugust 21, 2007This is not the Charlie Crist that I carried signs for, stood in the rain, attached bumper sticker to cars and in general campaigned for. That Charlie Crist was a CONSERATIVE or so I thought.
Leonard De YoungEnglewood, FLAugust 21, 2007Please re-think your reasoning on the so called "GLOBAL WARMING". Expanding economies need Oil and Natural Gas, Not Gas from political oportunist that you are sounding like more everyday.
Max R. FarrellPunta Gorda, FLAugust 21, 2007I believe that your Global Warming Mandates are poitically correct but poorly researched. I doubt if you have the constitutional authority to issue such radical madates. I hope that no one person in the state of Forida has such authority.

Justin ShoreTampa, FLAugust 21, 2007More government is not the answer. Better government is.
Barbara SuscoLake Worth, FLAugust 21, 2007I have spokenwith THE Authority on "global climate" Dr. Fred Singer. One cannot use computer models. Satellite observance must be done. Those who signed on to the global warming agenda were looking for grant $$$ If they don't find a problem....no more $$$ from "green"donors which will benefit from supporting research.
Jeremy ShoreHobe Sound, FLAugust 21, 2007It's very disconcerting that the Governor has unilaterally decided that Floridians (and the United States) bare the responsibility for global warming. Moreover, the world's worst polluters (China, Russia, et al) can continue polluting with impuninty. If wacko environmentalism is what I wanted, I would have voted for a socialist liberal.
Bill KirtleyJacksonville, FLAugust 21, 2007Please! "Global warming" is the biggest hoax ever perpetrated on mankind! Do not get caught up in the hype. Please!
Yvonne BuckTallahassee, FLAugust 21, 2007I support protecting the environment as I think most Floridians do. If these mandates are viable, why don't you want the issue before the State legislature? What IS the real story here?
Fred HyreFt Myers, FLAugust 21, 2007It is way too soon to support or committ to a very questionalble global warming policy. There is insufficent evidence that man can do anything to control this planet earth.
T.R. BuckTallahassee, FLAugust 21, 2007Admit to the citizens of Florida that you are an "environmentalist" and a "green", and that you don't trust the legislature to follow your personal agenda.
Herbert ParkerWinter Haven, FLAugust 20, 2007The right solution is nuclear energy. I woulde like to hear why you don't support it. Why not alcohol, it can be grown. James Kerrmiami, FLAugust 20, 2007Man isn't causing global warming. You have a duty to the people of Florida, live up to it.
Andrew MinorBradenton, FLAugust 20, 2007Global Warming is a theory and it should not be used as a basis of governing. Our economy is dependent on growth and for growth we need infrastructure. So by stopping new power plants and requiring unrealistic mandates you are stifling our state's economy on the basis of an unproven theory.
Grier EllisCallahan, FLAugust 20, 2007Of course we should minimize our footprint. But government intervention into the market *always* makes things worse. Besides, the theory of anthrocentric global warming is bunk, and the current alarmism is only the latest attempt by socialists to destroy capitalism, and subjugate us all to despotism. Resist!
Bryan TupperBradenton, FLAugust 20, 2007My life! I can do with it what I want. Republicans are for LESS govt. not MORE govt.
David AgeeBradenton, FLAugust 20, 2007Dear Gov. Crist: Your pandering to the left, is most dissapointing. I convinced many people to vote for you based on your promises to be a conservative in the mold of Jeb Bush. So far the majority of your positions, have proven to be an embarrasment to me.
Allen PrewittBradenton, FLAugust 20, 2007Please do not pander to an agenda that in itself is nothing more than religious in its thinking. To think that we are omnipitent and can control weather is in itself illogical and unreasonable. Please get back to what you stood for when I voted for you.
Richard PalmerHoliday, FLAugust 20, 2007Instead of being concerned with things that science has proven are not the result of man and try and do something about the Insurance problems in the State and the ability of the people you are representing to continue to own a home in your state.

Charles SaxonSt. Petersburg, FLAugust 20, 2007More government is not the answer. Public education on the real issues without regard to how it may effect big business bottom line is what is needed. Give the public options. Most people are confused about global warming issues but one thing that most will agree on is that conservation is good for the people and our environment. Incentive programs to help cut the cost of alternative energy sources for home owners would be a good start. More government intervention will only end up costing us more as some big corporation will end up siphoning more of our hard earned cash in windfall profits gained by new legislation further enabling the corporate welfare system.

Patrick WeglarzMiami, FLAugust 20, 2007Global warming is caused primariy by the Sun, a variable star. The earth goes through heating and cooling cycles on a natural basis. Raising energy costs for Florida's citizens will not reduce global warming.
francis prochmelbourne, FLAugust 20, 2007Degreed scientists and meteorologists know that global warming is cyclical and not caused by man. Social scientists and politicians are using global warming as an excuse to control the lives of citizens by taxation such as carbon credits.
francis prochmelbourne, FLAugust 20, 2007There is no scientific evidence that man is causing global warming or temperature changes. It is a natural phenomenon. The "global warming" scare is being used by politicians to control the citizens by means of pollution taxes.

Michael DonahueLutz, FLAugust 20, 2007 In the late 1800’s we suffered what was called, “the little ice age” in which temperatures plunged disastrously for several years, only to return to normal a few years later. Had one of our present climate change hoaxers lived at the start of that period, they would have probably predicted imminent frozen doom for the world. And had they lived at the end of it, when temperatures were returning to what they had been, with their convenient short memories, they would undoubtedly have predicted hellish conditions in no time—like they are doing now. And, both would have been just as wrong! Let’s look at the new data from NASA, corrected after a very convenient computer error by known global warming enthusiasts, which now unfortunately for them, says that 1934 is the hottest year ever—instead of their widely publicized ‘1998’. (http://data.giss.nasa.gov/gistemp/graphs/Fig.D.txt) See if you can find a warming trend in NASA’s new ten hottest years (from hottest to coolest) (this is the bottom line folks):1934, 1998, 1921, 2006, 1931, 1999, 1953, 1990, 1938, 1939??? If you prefer to look at years more recent, let’s look at each year from 1990, about when Al Gore started trying...[trimmed for length]

Ronald BirkettLargo, FLAugust 19, 2007I am appalled beyond belief.I worked governor Crist's campaign and I voted for him. I now have a very red face. Gov. Crist has fallen into the hands of idiot tin horn politians the likes of Al Gore whose ramblings are not based on scientific facts. In addition to causing FL hardship he has issued a decree banning the use of fosil fuel particularly coal in power plants. I would like to ask him two questions: 1. Which country depends mainly on the importation of foreign oil? 2. Which country has abundant untapped reserves of coal? Which century is he in anyway? The advanced scrubber technology and emissions abatement we have now eliminates almost all emissions. He has a CO2 fixation along with the liberals. Do these morons know that CO2 is consummed by plant life?
Judy GreeneKey West, FLAugust 19, 2007I beg you Gov. Crist to quit listening to liberal Democrats on this issue. If you are doing this to get the Democratic vote, you are going to lose many Republican votes in the process. Global warming is caused by normal processes. I agree with Floreida Representive Marco Rublo that your approach is the wrong strategy.
Richard & Elise BirdsallPalm Coast, FLAugust 18, 2007Governor Crist: We oppose your Florida Kyoto executive order on global warming on three fronts. One: this is an issue for the people and their representatives and not an executive order by Governor's decree. Second: We submit that though global warming IS occurring...mankind can do little to change it...one way or another. Earth’s cooling and warming cycles have gone on since earth began. Global warming is directly related to solar activity…or rather lack of activity. Low solar activity (as it is now) produces less earth cloud cover thereby creating a warmer earth. If solar activity was high there would be heavier cloud cover and a cooler earth. And finally you are going to seriously negatively impact Florida’s economy just as Kyoto has done in other parts of the world. Note that nowhere has Kyoto compliance been achieved by anyone! Your Florida Kyoto Executive Order is not going to be taken lightly by Florida voters. If the people had wanted a liberal Governor they would have elected one. They voted for you based on your conservative assurances. An Executive Order on global warming is a liberal action and smacks of pandering to the global warming cabal.
Gary CookTampa, FLAugust 18, 2007Governor Crist: Please don't do anything to increase our cost of living, because we simply cannot afford it. Michael WagnerSo. Pasadena, FLAugust 18, 2007Governor Crist, I have studied all of the science related to so called "global warming" and I have become convinced, as have many people, that there simply is no proven connection between carbon dioxide and global climate change. None! Carbon dioxide is a climate follower, not a climate driver. I oppose any and all laws, regulations and restrictions on the release on carbon dioxide. There is simply nothing to be gained by imposing these restrictions. They will have absolutely no effect on climate but they will impose economic hardships on the people of Florida. Do not implement these restrictions. They are all economic pain with no environmental gain.

While it is probable that the Earth's temperatures have risen minutely over the past hundred years, it is absolutely arrogant that puny little man is the cause of it. (Read about Krakatoa and others.) There is also proof from core drilling that the earth goes through a warming cycle every 150,000 years. There is proof from these same core drillings that in the past Earth, at times, was much warmer than it is today. Bottom line perception onmy part is that is all about globalization and subjugation of the United States. We have not owrked this hard nor sacrificed so many to give up our soveriegnty.

Kathy DunaganTarpon Springs, FLAugust 17, 2007Gov. Crist, Global warming is just an excuse to raise our taxes through so called fees and mandates. It has also been completely scientifically exposed to be false. Get off that liberal bandwagon or you won't be re-elected.
Eric MoraveckyMelbourne, FLAugust 17, 2007"We the people" need you to have courage, grow a spine, and do the right thing. Don't follow the path of the Democrats to gain their favor. Do not cow tow to the special interest groups. How about alternative energy programs and supporting the Florida energy Center. Let's not kill our economic growth here in Florida trying to follow Cali-Forn-ia's ridiculous inflated economic model. Do the right thing Governor Christ or "You won't be baaak".

Michael LittlestoneCape Coral, FLAugust 17, 2007Global warming now is what Global Cooling was 30 years ago. If the experts cannot predict what will happen in 3 days, how can they predict what will happen decades away.
Edward EatonHawthorne, FLAugust 17, 2007I am disappointed in Gov. Crist falling for the Global Warming scare tactics.
James StewartNaples, FLAugust 17, 2007Governor Crist, please change your modern liberal agenda. At this point you have proved that you are a Republican in Name Only (RINO).
David BoyceJacksonville, FLAugust 17, 2007x
Robert N. OliveAltamonte Springs, FLAugust 17, 2007Governor Crist, I am disappointed that you have embraced the green thing! Al Gore has sold a bucket of worms to this country and our media are complacency in spreading this voo doo politics. You need to STOP trying to be all things to all people and do what the Florida people voted you into to office to do - follow Jeb Bush's conservative principles in governoring our state. In short, stop running for vice-president.

Ron ColeCasselberry, FLAugust 17, 2007The real scientists say that if there is warming it is not caused by humans. There is so much bs in the warmers arguments that is totally off base. Just check oranges, used to be grown in South Alabama (Satsuma is named for them), then near Ocala, then all around Clermont, now shifted further South and this is NOT because things are getting warmer. See the article from Washington Post in November 2,1922 for exact same wordage as today.
Jarmelia MitchellOcala, FLAugust 17, 2007I did not vote for Charlie Crist and I am a loyal Republican. I did not trust him and he is proving me right. My husband and other felt the same way and did not vote for him. I feel he is far left.
Magda AmorDeland, FLAugust 17, 2007Governor Christ, please heed the wishes of the conservative base and drop the green agenda. This is not why we elected you.
Sandie McGuinnessVero Beach, FLAugust 17, 2007NO to this proposal
Ben KellyTampa, FLAugust 17, 2007Hey Charlie! We put up your signs and walked precincts for you! What's the deal? We have enough environmentalist wackos! It's like a religion with these people! Let's lower taxes and create more jobs and get rid of illegals. You know stuff that Repubs do! (oh and forget Rudi G. - He is not a conservative!
Joe LawsTitusville, FLAugust 17, 2007 You can not give one fact stat that suggests global warming You ran as a conservative, it seems you and Martinez forgot that after you got elected! Stop with all the green thing and giveaways and be the person you ran as!!!
Ashley Pace, Jr.Pensacola, FLAugust 17, 2007I have voted for you several times, and respect the environment also. But this plan is unsound, as it punishes the economy too much for any possible benefits to be obtained. Please do not put Florida through an economic wringer in an attempt to cool things an imperceptible amount. That just does not make good sense.
Michael McGuinnessVero Beach, FLAugust 17, 2007If emissions were restricted world-wide along the lines of the Kyoto Protocol, it would only slow the rate of warming by .07 of a degree Celsius after approximately 100 years.

Keith GoodmanValrico, FLAugust 17, 2007I voted for you as a conservative with some common sense. Your stance on global warming makes me wonder about my vote. I agree with this resolution completely.

Roger CooperVero Beach, FLAugust 17, 2007I agree with the petetion. Please get of this Nancy Pelosi "Pie In The Sky" wish list. This is not why we elected you.
David RigbyPalm Bay, FLAugust 17, 2007You have GOT to be kidding. Mandating changes that will cost us money based on a premise that is NOT proven by science but is strictly a political hammer? You call yourself a Republican? Pass this and ensure yourself only this one term as Governor. We will work tirelessly to replace you and vote for someone not blinded by Al Gore's liberal horse**** political theory that the media has been pushing cyclically for more than 100 years. I hope there is no doubt where I stand on this issue.

Donald SheldonPompano Beach, FLAugust 17, 2007Dear Governer Chris, The idea of increasing our regulatory burden with further restrictions on our citizenry is an anathema to conservatives like me. Please reconsider your position on this matter. It is nothing but a Democrat ploy to grab power. We must not allow it now or ever.
Lewis ShigleyMELBOURNE BEACH, FLAugust 17, 2007We both supported your candidacy for governor, but your stepping on the ridiculous green bandwagon is angering us greatly! Stop it!
JOHN HURSTLARGO, FLAugust 17, 2007I AGREE WITH THE ABOVE RESOLUTION COMPLETELY. PLEASE FOLLOW SPEAKER RUBIO'S ADVICE.
Ken MenziesLongwood, FLAugust 17, 2007Please reconsider this policy. Please check with those who have researched the issue on both sides of the debate, not just one. The facts are not on the side this policy is on.
