Democrats Trying to Force a Stalemate

Democratic lawmakers fear the possibility of a Supreme Court ruling declaring the individual mandate illegal and therefore enabling a possible full repeal of the Obama Health Care Law. In response to their fears that conservatives hold a 5 to 4 majority on the Supreme Court at the moment Democrats are attacking the one Justice they feel is vulnerable, Justice Clarence Thomas. Democratic lawmakers are trying as they have done in the past, to sway Justice Thomas by attempting to create a conflict of interest where one does not exist.

House Republicans have uncovered, tucked away in Section 1311(a) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), an UNLIMITED Obamacare implementation slush fund.

That's right.  Unlimited.

States Seek to Nullify ObamaCare

Our Founding Fathers set out to create the freest nation known to man. These brave men rejected the tyrannical rule of King George III by signing the Declaration of Independence. Since these founding days, America has had a tradition of anti-government skepticism. The Founders later wrote the Bill of Rights which lists our natural rights in order to set limitations on the power of the United States federal government.
