FreedomWorks Goes Door to Door in Fort Mill, South Carolina

FORT MILL, SC. Fifteen FreedomWorks members rallied in South Carolina on Wednesday, September 22, 2004, and delivered election information to over 1,000 homes in the Fort Mill area.

The South Carolina action is part of FreedomWorks’s national 2004 voter education campaign. FreedomWorks employs good old fashioned “shoe leather” politics with a standing army of 360,000 experienced political volunteers who lead election year activities including rallies, phone tree call-downs, and door to door efforts.

FreedomWorks uses the 2004 FreedomWorks/CSE Candidate Survey to show the public which candidates have pledged to advance fundamental tax reform, ending lawsuit abuse, and Social Security reform through Personal Retirement Accounts.

In the South Carolina Senate race, U.S. Representative Jim DeMint is one of the 219 candidates who have completed the eight question Candidate Survey. Inez Tenenbaum, his competitor, has refused to respond.

Great work guys!
