FreedomWorks Mitchell County Chapter Holds Monthly Meeting

MITCHELL COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA.  On July 28th, FreedomWorks Mitchell Co. Chapter held its regular meeting.  Over 70 Freedomworks activist attended the Friday night even in Bakersville.  Guest speakers were State Senators Hugh Webster and Keith Pressnell and State Rep.Phillip Frye.  The topics covered were the North Carolina tax rate how it compares to other states, as well as wasteful state spending.  Members also discussed property rights and excessive government regulations.
