FreedomWorks PAC announced its endorsement of Marilinda Garcia in New Hampshire’s second district Republican congressional primary. Garcia is a young constitutional conservative with a proven record of leadership in both New Hampshire government and her community.

“Marilinda Garcia can inject some much-needed energy and ideas into the GOP,” commented FreedomWorks PAC President Matt Kibbe. “She will be a fantastic addition to the next generation of leadership in Congress, and the solutions wing of the Republican Party.”

During her service as a state representative, Garcia sponsored legislation that helped entrepreneurs and greatly increased transparency in government. Garcia has strong ties to her community, serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children, a mentor, a harp professor at a private academy, and a developer for a cyber-security firm.

“Garcia will be an undeniable policy upgrade from NH-2’s current representation, and a strong voice in the House for simplifying the tax code, protecting interstate competition, ending lawsuit abuse, insurance portability, dismantling ObamaCare, entitlement reform, and ending corporate welfare,” Kibbe continued.

Ms. Garcia serves on the Executive Board of the Future Majority Caucus, which is committed to assisting conservative women and minorities in running for political office. She has been a guest speaker at RNC events for promising young Republicans and women's leadership, and the first annual GOPAC Hispanic Leadership Training Institute.
