FreedomWorks Praises Republican Candidates for Focus on Pro-Growth Policies

Following the conclusion of the Republican presidential debate in Denver, Colorado, FreedomWorks CEO Adam Brandon commented:

“Tonight, we heard some great pro-growth policy ideas that will help Americans experience the economic boom that they’ve been waiting for but haven’t seen in Barack Obama’s presidency. We also heard a resounding rejection of cronyism, which is at the heart of the anger directed at Washington, and a serious discussion about destructive regulations that hurt businesses and consumers.”

“It was a substantive debate because the candidates focused on policies to grow the economy, which is exactly what Americans want to hear. We hope the moderators of the next debate will do more to further the discussion, rather than ask gimmicky questions.”
