North Carolina Congressional Candidates Serve CSE activists

Winston-Salem (NC)—On Thursday, June 26, over 200 NC CSE activists were on hand to be served hamburgers & hot dogs by potential candidates for the 5th Congressional district, the seat currently held by Congressman Richard Burr. The cookout, emceed by Mike Finley of WSJS radio, gave activists a chance to meet the candidates and hear their positions on the issues. Michael Barrick, candidate for Superintendent of NC Department of Public Instruction was also on hand to speak and answer questions.
