November Minutemen of the Month

After a busy election season, CSE has selected three outstanding activists as the Minutemen of the Month: Lil Banks of Merritt Island, Florida; and Ed and Mary Copeland of Mebane, North Carolina.

with Congressional candidate, Tom Feeney and Florida house candidate, Bob
Allen.

Lil Banks has been active with CSE for more than two years participating in everything from lobbying activities such as CSE Day in Tallahassee, to key strategy sessions like the Liberty Tree Convention held this past August in Orlando. Recently, Lil played a critical role in CSE’s election activity in Florida by volunteering to distribute educational information on the Governor’s race and the Congressional race in district 24 and circulating CSE’s “Scrap the Code” petition. In addition, Lil attended and even hosted candidate events distributing CSE literature, taking pictures, and recording anecdotes to report back to CSE headquarters in Washington, D.C.

walk.

Also key to CSE’s election efforts this year were Ed and Mary Copeland. Participating in precinct walks and placing yard signs in five different counties in North Carolina, Mary and Ed Copeland wore out their shoes and souls this election cycle. On Election Day, Mary and Ed stood in the rain passing out CSE Material regarding the Social Security issue at a polling place where they recruited an extra 20 volunteers to pass out more literature. In addition to their efforts this November, they are also three-time veterans of CSE Day in Raleigh and regular fixtures at their local CSE Club meetings.

Hats off and Congratulations to Lil, Ed, and Mary for all of the hard work and time they continue to devote to the cause of economic freedom and individual liberty.
