Kevin Chavous, a member of the D.C. Council for Ward 7 since 1993, rejoined Arent Fox Kintner Plotkin & Kahn’s government relations and business practices as counsel. Ilisa Halpern, formerly of the American Cancer Society and the American Public Health Association, joins Arent Fox Kintner Plotkin & Kahn as government relations director.
