Repeal ObamaCare Vote TOMORROW: Call Key Legislators Today

    01/18/2011

On November 2nd, your hard work swept 67 "Contract FROM America" signers into Congress and a brand new House with one major mandate in mind: Repeal ObamaCare.

The new Republican majority has made a full repeal of the unconstitutional Patients Protection and Affordable Care Act the first priority of the new Congress. They plan to take a vote TOMORROW, Wednesday, January 19 to completely repeal ObamaCare.

We need you to TAKE ACTION today and call important targets to ensure the passage of H.R. 2, the "Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act."

To make it easy to TAKE ACTION we've divided the task into 3 easy steps.

STEP 1: Call Top 12 Key Representatives

These 12 Congressmen are major targets because they only won their seats with 2% or less of the vote, a very narrow victory. This fall, the major winners across the country won by running against ObamaCare. To squeak through with this small of a margin means that the voters in the home districts of these legislators care strongly about repealing ObamaCare and they need to hear from you!

    STEP 2: Call Additional Targets

These additional legislators voted No on ObamaCare back in 2009 - for some, that may be exactly why they still have their seats today! We need to ask them to hold firm and continue to stand up against the job-killing health care bill and vote Yes on H.R. 2.

STEP 3: Boots on the Ground

Go here to find a list of other actions you can take to help spread the word and encourage your legislators and these targets to vote YES on H.R. 2 and repeal ObamaCare.

We need to fully repeal Obamacare because it will kill jobs, bankrupt the government, drive up everyone's health insurance costs, put bureaucrats in charge of our health care, and ruin the world's best health care system.

Obamacare was rammed through Congress last year by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, without garnering a single Republican vote. In November, voters gave Republicans majority control of the House of Representatives in large part as a repudiation of the Democrats' arrogant health care legislation.

Additonally, polls have consistently shown that a solid majority of Americans want Washington to reverse the government takeover of health care and adopt a patient-centered approach. A House vote on Full Repeal is the first step.

While Senate Democrats will try to block the bill, and President Obama might veto it, a House vote on Full Repeal is the first step. These Congressmen need reminded that we voters will be watching how they vote on this important issue.
