Texas Weekly Update: Sept 12

Vote Saturday Sept 13 for Prop 12!!!

A handfull of Texans will decide the fate of 22 Constitutional amendments on Saturday, Sept 13. Most important among those is the amendment to provide health care access and affordability in Texas. Currently, Texas ranks 48th in the country in terms of doctors per capita. This proposition raises the barrier for more caps to be put on other types of liability. This issue is simple: do you want your family doctor of plaintiff trial lawyers determining the fate of our health care system in Texas? If you have questions on Proposition 12, ask your family doctor — he’ll encourage you to vote FOR Proposition 12 and stop trial lawyers from gaming our system of justice.
