Before joining FreedomWorks, David served as campaign executive director for the Institute for Humane Studies (IHS) at George Mason University, where he led a multimillion dollar fundraising campaign for IHS's 50th Anniversary initiatives to bring the ideas of liberty to millions of students online and transform academia with freedom friendly professors. In his misspent youth, David interned for Senator Ted Kennedy.
