Dear FreedomWorks member, As one of our one million-plus members who support free markets, I urge you to contact your representative and ask him or her to support several bills to amend ObamaCare. The new health care law provided billions of dollars in mandatory spending for numerous new programs. This funding procedure ultimately reduces congressional oversight by shifting power to the Executive Branch. All of the following five bills would increase congressional responsibility and oversight by converting ObamaCare’s mandatory spending to discretionary spending:
