Arizona State Representative Michelle Ugenti Joins Glenn Beck and Matt Kibbe to Speak at FreePAC Arizona

Phoenix, AZ- FreedomWorks is pleased to announce two new speakers to the FreePAC Arizona lineup for this weekend’s conservative “Call to Action” rally at the Phoenix Convention Center. Arizona State Representative Michelle Ugenti and Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott will address thousands of conservatives and members of the Tea Party movement on economic issues and the importance of holding elected officials at all levels of government accountable.

“FreePAC Arizona is not your Daddy’s political action conference,” commented Matt Kibbe, President of FreedomWorks. “This is a ‘principled action community’ of like-minded individuals who share the values of economic freedom and a constitutionally limited government. We’re not just showing up to protest anymore, we are mobilizing to transform ideas into permanent political change.”

The afternoon event will begin with grassroots training on a variety of topics, including yard sign blitzing, phone banking, roll call vote research, old and new media strategy, and door-to-door outreach.

The evening program will also be headlined by: FreedomWorks President and CEO Matt Kibbe, media entrepreneur Glenn Beck, FreedomWorks Outreach Director Deneen Borelli, FreedomWorks Fellow Rev. CL Bryant, nationally syndicated radio host Dana Loesch, former Congressman Matt Salmon, producer of Atlas Shrugged Harmon Kaslow, Arizona State Treasurer Doug Ducey, and Phoenix City Councilman Jim Waring.

The event will begin on Saturday, October 13, 2012. The grassroots training will be from 1:30–3:30pm PT, followed by the Call to Action Rally from 4-7pm PT. Doors open for press at 11:30am PT.
