What Will Copenhagen's Failure Mean for U.S. Energy Policy Going Forward?

For those of you who aren’t particularly familiar with what ensued at the recent December 18, 2009 Copenhagen climate change conference, it was unequivocally unsuccessful. The initial goal of the conference was to discuss and hopefully prescribe a pragmatic solution to the globally increasing levels of man-made greenhouse gas emissions; particularly for China and the United States as the number one and two emitters of fossil fuels worldwide.

John Stossel: Keep The Fed Off My Meds

It’s no secret that the cost of prescription drugs continues to rise with no immediate signs of slowing down. In 2009, Americans spent a massive $243 billion on prescription drugs. The White House seems to believe that more health care regulation through government bureaucrats is the only solution for making medications more affordable. However, libertarian John Stossel has a perhaps radical health care reform proposal that has received media coverage within the last few days.

President Obama ignores health care reform's most essential question

In his Second Inaugural Address, Grover Cleveland reflected on the role that the President plays in protecting the United States Constitution: The oath I now take to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States not only impressively defines the great responsibility I assume, but suggests obedience to constitutional commands as the rule by which my official conduct must be guided.

New United States Senate Report: The IPCC Science Under Heavy Scrutiny

Recently, a number of corporations, associations, states, and congressmen filed suit against the EPA, as they all shared grave doubts about the legitimacy of the science backing the EPA’s 2007 “endangerment finding.” This controversial finding has also led to a congressional investigation by the Minority Staff of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, which recently issued a report scrutinizing “key documents and emails from the University of East A
