A Jam Packed weekend for Freedom in PennsylvaniaThis past weekend, FreedomWorks Pennsylvania engaged in several activities to promote freedom and help get the liberals out of the White House and Senate. On Friday night, FreedomWorks PA field staff Ana and Anastasia were invited to train the Valley Forge Patriots on getting out the vote and new media training. The wind industry has largely been painted as a symbol of hope for a future of clean and sustainable energy. These are lofty and worthy goals, but the fact of the matter is that wind power is all sorts of dirty… dirty politics that is.
More and more studies and evidence are beginning to show that wind power is incredibly inefficient. It distorts the even flow of power grids while only providing a trivial amount of energy. Long story short, wind isn’t able to compete in the private energy market, so they’ve turned their attention to winning favor on Capitol Hill.
Workers in Arizona are more free today after a judge upheld the Arizona anti-card check law. The “Secret Ballot Amendment” was adopted by Arizona in 2010 and gave workers the chance to vote on unionization through a private ballot. The alternative is to have workers sign a card in public. With a public vote, the chance of intimidation and coercion by unions is much greater.
