Replacing ObamaCare: Price Transparency

While defending ObamaCare before the Supreme Court, Solicitor General Donald Verrilli kept returning to one larger point: the health care market is different. Unique, even. What he failed to mention is that every market is unique and different. Perhaps he meant that the health care market is important?

Replacing ObamaCare: Full Deductibility

It appears increasingly likely that the Supreme Court will strike down part or all of the controversial ObamaCare law this June.

Would Patients Really “Die on the Sidewalk” in the Absence of Government Mandates?

Last week, while the Supreme Court heard the ObamaCare case, supporters and protesters outside the courthouse debated one another about the merits and constitutionality of the controversial law.

III. How Do We End ObamaCare?

Note: This is the final part of a three part series on ObamaCare. If so few Americans actually like ObamaCare, where did the support for it come from in the first place?

FreedomRadio: "ObamaCare is doomed"

Click to listen! ObamaCare is doomed.  I'm sticking my neck out here, but I think it's the most likely outcome, following last week's Supreme Court oral arguments in the historic ObamaCare lawsuit.
