In an effort to educate our members, every Congressional session FreedomWorks charts Congressional Members' commitment to the principles of limited government through their votes. Members of Congress cast literally hundreds of votes over this two year period and throughout these FreedomWorks determines the priority votes that differentiate the true believers of liberty from those that would work to increase government. These votes are collated at the end of the congressional session and those members that have scored over an 80 percent with FreedomWorks recieve the coveted Jefferson Award.
