Los Angeles World Airports has appointed Paul L. Green to the newly created position of deputy executive director-chief operating officer, responsible for administration and operations at Ontario International Airport. Green most recently was director and chief executive officer with the marine division of the Washington State Department of Transportation.

Tom Copeland has joined Temecula Valley Bank as senior loan officer in the mortgage lending department. Prior to joining the bank, Copeland was a loan consultant for Home Savings Bank/Washington Mutual Bank for 11 years.

Citizens Business Bank in Ontario has made several new hirings. Duane S. Keene is vice president in the sales and service division; he has 32 years of experience with Bank of America. Cindy Duffin is vice president and asset management officer of the asset management division; previously she was senior associate relationship officer with Bank of America. Martha Arnold is vice president and real estate officer at the bank's corporate office; she had been assistant vice president, commercial real estate loan officer for City National Bank. David G. Morris is vice president and banking officer of the Corona office; most recently he was portfolio banker for Community Bank in Corona.

Temecula Valley Bank has promoted Kelly O'Donnell to senior vice president, branch manager of the Fallbrook office. He joined Temecula Valley Bank in 1999 as a commercial/construction lending officer.

Richmond American Homes has promoted Anne Boland Walker to vice president of sales in charge of Riverside and San Bernardino counties with the Irvine-based Southern California division of the national company. Joining Richmond American Homes in 1996, Walker most recently was senior sales manager.
