The State charges OLCA no rent for the press room at the Ohio Statehouse, and OLCA decides who can access the House and Senate floors.As OLCA explains on its website, the quasi-governmental body “functions independently to ensure only legitimate reporters are granted floor privileges in the House of Representatives and Senate.”
