The unions want to be able to intimidate workers into joining, but FreedomWorks is standing tall for workers' rights. America needs to preserve the secret ballot in union elections. The “Employee Free Choice Act of 2007″, which would actually reduce the choices available to workers, has passed the House and will be voted on in the Senate this week.

At the event the union bosses physically confronted FreedomWorks staff and interns. While Senator Hillary Clinton was talking about the need to protect workers from intimidation, union bosses were intimidating young females and even pulling their hair. The FreedomWorks Panda made his second appearance, holding up a sign that read, "Stop Panda-ring to the Unions."
