Please join FreedomWorks and local tea party groups for an evening of grassroots training on October 11th at the Wheeling Island Hotel Casino and Racetrack. From 6:00-9:00pm we'll be discussing how to maximize the tea party's impact in upcoming elections and ways to fight back against job-killing regulations.

Attendees will learn the most effective Get-Out-The-Vote strategies from veteran campaign strategists, and will participate in a live demonstration of the online organizing platform FreedomConnector. This event is open to the public and all members of local groups are welcome.

If you're not already using FreedomConnector, it is THE online hub for Tea Partiers. With this tool, grassroots activists that were previously dispersed throughout multiple social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter or NING can communicate with each other on one central platform to plan events, organize protests, get out the vote or just talk about freedom.

By pinpointing other users in your area through geo-location technology, FreedomConnector encourages collaboration and strengthens existing ties within the activist community. It is a must-use tool for serious grassroots organizers.
