Thank you for joining the massive movement of citizens that are opposed to the trillions of dollars in federal spending and the bailouts of Wall Street and failed businesses. With your help, we have been able to organize hundreds of Taxpayer Tea Parties across the country, from Santa Barbara, California to Amarillo, Texas, and all the way to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Together, as one united force for liberty, we can take our country back!

If you are not able to organize or attend a Taxpayer Tea Party, you can still help the cause by donating or buying a t-shirt. You can also spread the word via email, facebook and word of mouth. If you would like to post updates on tea parties in your state, or if you'd like to get in touch with other people planning tea parties, visit our Tea Party HQ. We have created an interactive Google map that you can use to locate a tea party near you!

As we focus on organizing the next round of tea parties around the country, I want to share with you a few pictures and videos from the tea parties that have been held already. Witness the patriots that came out and spoke up for freedom, and who continue to make an impact in the public debate about the fate of our country. Our movement will continue to grow and make an impact, but we have to remember a few things.

First, we have to keep the pressure on and never relent. Second, we have to focus heavily on recruiting new people into this movement. That is why we encourage you to bring sign-up sheets to use at tea parties and other events in your area. Third, we all need to agree to take ownership of our own communities, by staying active in this movement. You can do this by working with FreedomWorks to become part of our national Congressional Action Team.

We are looking to find someone for every congressional district in America who can fight for lower taxes, less government and more freedom. If you want to become a CAT for your district, please let us know!

Keep up the fight, and visit our website frequently so that you know about ways to take action at the local, state and federal levels of government. Together we can build a movement for liberty the likes of which this country has never seen before.
