Help FreedomWorks Force the Vote to Create a "Time Out on ObamaCare"! 

We need to force the Senate to vote on Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison's "Time Out on ObamaCare" Amendment (also sometimes called the Save Our States Amendment).

This amendment would suspend implementation of ObamaCare pending a final judicial ruling on its constitutionality. Since December 2010, three federal district judges -- in Virginia, Florida, and Pennsylvania -- have declared ObamaCare unconstitutional. One appeals court (the Fourth Circuit) has found it constitutional.  Another (the Eleventh Circuit) has found it unconstitutional. And a third (the Third Circuit) has yet to rule.  In any event, the Supreme Court will be asked to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the high court probably won't decide on the constitutionality of the law before June 2012 at the earliest.

To avoid wasting more time and money imposing costly burdens on individuals and employers that may eventually be ruled null and void, Congress should pass the "Time Out on ObamaCare" Act.
