CFPB Finally Moves to Repeal Harmful Payday Lending Rule

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is finally set to start rolling back its payday lending rule. This is just another step by the Trump administration in its effort to repeal some of the most harmful regulations of the Obama era. CFPB announced just recently that it plans to rescind key provisions of that rule in the near future.
