NSA collects significantly more data on non-targets than actual targets

A recent Washington Post investigation has made its rounds across major U.S. news outlets, revealing more information about the National Security Agency’s (NSA) massive surveillance efforts. Privatize the TSA

As the holiday travel season draws to a close, many people are getting their second yearly hand of love from the Transportation Security Administration. A better solution to air travel security is to privatize the TSA. Let each airline and airport decide, and fund, its own security.

Is The Judiciary Finding Its Voice?

In several recents decisions, and active cases, the Judicial Branch appears to be coming to its collective senses and restraining the unconstitutional expansion of government's already unsustainable power. Whether it's the NSA's invasion of our privacy, the disregard for religious liberty under Obamacare, or the $800 billion tax increase levied by the IRS, judges seem to be saying enough is enough.

White House and IRS Pass Around Private Taxpayer Info

A report in The Daily Caller should scare each and every taxpayer. An investigation by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee found that IRS officials Sarah Hall Ingram and Lois Lerner emailed confidential taxpayer information to the White House.
