CSE New Hampshire Announces Ambitious Event Schedule

The month of August is proving busy for NH CSE. On the 2nd of August State Director Chuck McGee and Strafford County Chair Dunc Chaplin attended the Strafford County GOP Picnic with a CSE booth and signed up over a dozen Social Security reform supporters. The booth also generated generous press coverage in the Sunday edition of the Foster’s Daily Democrat newspaper.

Look for the NH CSE Action Team and NH CSE to be conducting or attending the follow events this month:

August 6th

NH CSE Action Team (the Action Team consists of activists who attend candidate events and press them on important reform and economic issues, call Chuck McGee at 223-6817 if you are interested) will attend Sen. John Kerry’s Fresh Air Forum in Manchester to press the senator on Social Security reform.

August 13th

Bedford CSE, NH CSE’s first of many locally planned chapters, will host a kick-off reception with Governor Craig Benson starting at 6pm at the Wayfarer Inn in Bedford. Please visit their excellent site: www.bedfordcse.org to register and join us for this fun event.

August 19th

Strafford County Chair Dunc Chaplin will be hosting a “Dunk-a-Donut with Dunc” coffee reception at 9am at the Farmington Recreation Center to discuss Social Security reform with friends and members of the public.

August 20th

NH CSE Action Team will attend Sen. John Edwards Manchester Town Hall meeting to press him on the issues of tort and Social Security reform. Come meet Sharkman!

August 23rd

State Director Chuck McGee & Strafford County Chair Dunc Chaplin will be on hand to host a booth at the Farmington Hay Days annual community celebration to educate the public on Social Security reform and recruit new members.

August 26th

Joseph & Augusta Petrone will open their home in Dublin for a discussion on the future of Social Security. The keynote speaker will be Michael Tanner of the Cato Institute. Space is limited so please contact State Director Chuck McGee if you are interested in attending.
