PODCAST: The EPA Regulatory Trainwreck

Click to listen! I sit down with FreedomWorks Chief Economist Dr. Wayne Brough to discuss the upcoming EPA "Regulatory Trainwreck" - so called because there are so many regulations in it that they can't even sum it up with any other word. The Executive Branch was unable to pass cap and trade, and has instead given power to regulatory agencies, devoid of congressional oversight, in order to skirt accountability and push their agenda.

EPA Wants More Money, Thinks Blood Comes From Stones

Apparently a mere $10 billion in FY11 isn't enough for EPA Adminstrator Lisa Jackson to finish her diabolical economy crushing plan.  So she trekked up to the Hill this week looking for more taxdollars to pay for greenhouse gas regs.

Cap and trade consists of mandates, subsidies, and efficiency standards, among other provisions, which would ultimately increase production costs for businesses and therefore increase energy costs for families and households.
