Key Vote NO on the House’s Fiscal Year 2017 Budget

As one of our over 5.7 million FreedomWorks activists nationwide, I urge you to contact your representatives and ask them to vote NO on the Fiscal Year 2017 Budget Resolution. This budget locks in the increased spending levels negotiated between President Obama and then-Speaker John Boehner last year, essentially assuring that the net legacy of this newly Republican-led 114th Congress will be higher spending.

The Senate has already overwhelmingly passed the bill with the support of 34 Democrats.

Key Vote "Yes" On Congressman Tom Price's Lame Duck Privileged Amendment

Dear Congressman,Following the November elections, there is a great threat that the Democratic majority could use a Lame Duck Session to pass legislation that could significantly expand government programs and burden consumers with more taxes and regulations.  It is strongly believed that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi are delaying the vote on controversial pieces of legislation until after Election Day.
