What's that you say?! The Senate is going to vote on a budget? Are you sure???

Yup. It's true. After 1,112 days of not passing a budget, Senate Democrats have agreed to vote on several competing plans to stop the debt, balance the budget, and avert the coming Debt Collapse.

To help Senators and activists prepare for this week's Senate votes on competing budget plans, FreedomWorks has prepared this handy cheat sheet. 

"This will be the biggest case in 50 years. The stakes could not be higher."

Today my friend and colleague Max Pappas and I took out half an hour to stop and educate activists around the country and answer their questions about the historic ObamaCare lawsuit.

Tea party activists around the country have asked us whether any of the current Indiana Republican candidates for U.S. Senate have not signed the ObamaCare Repeal Pledge?

If the Supreme Court strikes down the individual mandate, what next?

My prediction is the mandate could very easily rise from the grave in a new form, namely, the "conservative" idea of giving everybody a new universal health care tax credit, coupled with a policy called "auto-enrollment."

I call it a soft mandate, and it’s arguably as bad as the original.
