Obama’s Spokesman Admits:  Some Will Lose Current Health Plans

Contrary to the constant statement, “You can keep your health insurance, if you like it,”  President Obama’s spokesman admits it is not true.  The Weekly Standard reports that over 300,000 residents in Florida are losing their existing insurance plans. Adverse to a person’s needs and wants, ObamaCare is forcing people into more expensive health insurance.  As one Floridian exclaims:  

“When I got this bill, I was outraged,” CBS quotes a 56-year-old Florida resident who got dropped from her health care plan.  Her new plan will be 10 times higher than what she’s paying now, jumping from $54 a month to $591.

“What I have right now is what I’m happy with, and I just want to know why I can’t keep what I have,” says the woman. “Why do I have to be forced into something else?”

By coercion, our government has forced this woman into the loss of her insurance and has mandated she purchase a government proscribed insurance policy.  Not only does this violate her civil right to use her money as she pleases, it also violates her freedom to spend, save and invest her money as she deems appropriate.  As she said, “Why do I have to be forced into something else?”

In 1776,  George Mason wrote the Virginia Declaration of Rights.   Mason and fellow Virginians codified the natural Right to acquire and possess Property for their Happiness and Safety.

Owning and using property (money) is indispensable for personal freedom.  Every person must have the liberty to allocate and invest their time, labor and money as they deem is in their best interest.  The law forced upon America by Obama, Reid, Pelosi and their followers is violating the Natural rights of all Americans.
