November Sen. Grassley Chides June Sen. Grassley on Opposition to Prescription Drug Price Controls

WASHINGTON, D.C. —In response to Sen. Chuck Grassley’s (R-Iowa) comments today on the Senate floor regarding conservative, free market opposition to price controls on prescription drugs, Adam Brandon, FreedomWorks President, commented:

“This past June, Sen. Grassley criticized prescription drug price controls proposals, stating, ‘I don’t think that this administration’s approach on international pricing is going to be to the benefit of the adoption of and research for modern drugs.’”
