FreedomWorks Endorses Conservative Candidate Tito Muñoz in the Virginia State Senate 36 Race

Washington, DC- Today, FreedomWorks officially endorsed Tito Muñoz in the Virginia State Senate District 36 race as the clear choice for limited government voters in that state.

Muñoz will be an important vote in the State Senate on behalf of core limited government issues.  And his leadership in combating the big government agenda of the liberal establishment will be critical to FreedomWorks’ overarching mission to “Take America Back” on behalf of freedom.

“Tito is an outstanding candidate that has lived the American dream. As he has stated, he was ‘born in Colombia, but made in the U.S.A’” commented Matt Kibbe, President of FreedomWorks. “From working hard to defeat Obamacare in 2009 and 2010 to hosting a Spanish-language radio show that extols the values of free markets and individual liberty, Tito Muñoz has shown tireless dedication to liberty.”

FreedomWorks is proud to endorse Tito Muñoz in this race as the most limited government candidate in the primary on August 23rd, and the general election on November 8th. FreedomWorks is a grassroots organization with 22,000 members in Virginia and 1.4 million nationwide.

“We are pleased to endorse Tito Muñoz and look forward to supporting his efforts to represent the hard-working taxpayers of Virginia,” commented Matt Kibbe, President of FreedomWorks. “After evaluating the candidates in this race, we believe that Tito Muñoz will best serve the interests of Virginians by advocating the principles of lower taxes, less government and more individual freedom.”
