BY Dick Armey

House Republicans have posted their repeal bill for the Obamacare law online. Republicans to begin reading Constitution out loud when they control U.S. House

BY Philip Rucker and Krissah Thompson (of the Washington Post)

WASHINGTON -- When Republicans take over next week, they will do something that apparently has never been done before in the U.S. House's 221-year history: They will read the Constitution aloud. And then, they will require that every new bill contain a statement by the legislator who wrote it, citing the constitutional authority to enact the proposed law. Call it the tea party-ization of Congress.

BY Huma Khan

The new Congress hasn't been seated yet but signs of a rift are already beginning to emerge between Republican leaders and Tea Party groups who were a driving force propelling many unknown candidates to victory last month.  From the tax cuts extension bill to the food safety legislation to Republican selections for key House committee leadership posts, Tea Party leaders have expressed outrage at what they perceive is a continuation of the same old Washington-style politics.
