FreedomWorks Director of Policy Patrick Hedger released the following statement on FTC v AT&T Mobility LLC:
“Today, grassroots activists have been making it clear that they want a free and open Internet to Republican senators. Regardless of the merits of the case against AT&T, the most progressive court in the country has confirmed Chairman Ajit Pai’s argument that the FTC will be able to police Internet service providers and protect consumers.”
FreedomWorks activists have taken over 350,000 actions to pressure select members of Congress to defend Internet Freedom and uphold FCC Chairman Ajit Pai’s “Restoring Internet Freedom Order.”
