FreedomWorks Next Internet Radio Show on Social Security Reform

FreedomWorks is working tirelessly to spread the message of economic freedom from coast to coast. That’s why FreedomWorks will be on Internet radio for the next broadcast of “The FreedomWorks Show”, which will air live Thursday, December 16th between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM EST.

The professionally produced program will be featured on Rightalk.com, a conservative internet radio web site, and is available for free streaming download. On “The FreedomWorks Show,” guests will discuss Freedom Agenda issues on both the national and state levels, as well as an update on FreedomWorks activities across the country.

The Dec. 16th show will open with FreedomWorks Policy Director and Social Security expert Max Pappas. Pappas will discuss the success of Social Security reform in other countries— particularly Chile— and how these experiences can inform our own efforts to introduce PRAs.

The second segment will feature a roundtable strategy discussion on Social Security reform. FreedomWorks activists are encouraged to call in and discuss legislative and grassroots strategy with FreedomWorks staff. If you’d like to be a guest on “The FreedomWorks Show”, please dial (866)-884-8255 (TALK) between 2:15 PM and 2:40 PM EST.

Listeners can tune into the show by signing onto www.rightalk.com. On this site, listeners can also hear the show after it has been aired, and archives will be available at www.freedomworks.org.

FreedomWorks President Matt Kibbe commented:

“Social Security reform is the most important non-defense issue that will face the 109th Congress, but there’s still a lot of grassroots work to do to make sure PRAs are enacted. Let’s hold legislators’ their feet to the fire and urge them to support meaningful Social Security reform.”
