WASHINGTON, D.C. -- In response to news that nearly 7,000 New Jersey voters received the wrong mail ballots, Adam Brandon, FreedomWorks President, commented:

“The fact that we even have state officials ‘suggesting’ that voters shred their ballots in advance of receiving the correct ones is a problem. This is exactly why voters in states across the country are losing faith in the electoral process. Democrats’ push for widespread voting by mail has brought us to this point. Unfortunately, I can only predict that we will see further incidents that highlight the dangers of widespread voting by mail headed into Election Day and beyond.”
