Prelude to ObamaCare

Without intending to, today’s New York Times exposes the inherent problems with government rationed health care services, with lobbyists jockeying for advantage in the Medicare reimbursement game.  Already a dominant purchaser of health services, Medicare has created a shortage of primary physicians by cutting reimbursements.  Now imagine a world where all Americans are herded into Medicare….  Infinite demand for free services, skyrocketing costs, and some Grey Suited Soviet with a clip board determining if the medical procedure you need to live is worth the cost to the Treasury.
