Election Protection Initiative: Georgia

Attendees will engage in an in-depth discussion and training on best practices promoting safe and secure elections in the state of Georgia.

About this event

Election integrity is at the heart of the conservative movement. We need to restore confidence in our elections through both solid policies and grassroots engagement in the process. Americans should be able to wake up the day after Election Day and know who won.

In partnership with Voter GA, FreedomWorks’ Election integrity initiative brings you interactive training advocating for state-level election integrity legislation; registering new voters, and involving our activists directly as elections officers.

Director of the Election Protection Initiative

In 2009 Carol Davis launched West Suburban Patriots, a tea party group in Chicago’s western suburbs. It became one of the largest in the nation. Several years ago, the group transformed from a regional tea party into a statewide civic organization named Illinois Conservative Union. A top issue for ICU is election integrity. Carol studied election law and procedures, became a Republican Election Judge, pinpointed weak areas which enable fraud, and worked to find solutions. Carol has been invited to speak on the topic of election integrity to groups across Illinois and around the nation. In September 2021, she was appointed as the Director of the Election Protection Initiative for D.C.–based FreedomWorks.
