Atlanta, GA - Georgia FreedomWorks and Georgia Tea Party Patriots strongly oppose Governor Perdue’s attempt to take electing power away from the citizens of Georgia by removing the ability to elect four Constitutional offices, and amend the Constitution to grant that power to the Governor to appoint those positions.
It's pretty clear to most folks who pay even a little attention to freedom, individual liberty, and other good things that an insurance mandate may run afoul of a little thing many of us miss called the Constitution. Numerous activists have called asking about this, more have commented through the website, and all of us know that, should ObamaCare pass, there will definitely be a constitutional challenge.

Four New Hampshire State Representatives have sponsored a bill to affirm “States’ rights based on Jeffersonian principles.” Some of the bill’s text is copied below including a description of what “shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution of the United States of America by the government of the United States of America.” It looks like some folks in New Hampshire are willing to fight to keep their guns and their rights.
