Recent testimony before Congress has revealed that more than six weeks after launch, the administration is not ready to perform key operations of Obamacare. The backend payment system for delivering subsidies to insurers has not yet been built. There is no way for any of them to pretend they didn't know it wasn't ready.
Thanks to the high-profile efforts of Senators Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, and others, including the House majority, there is a stark contrast between the two major parties regarding Obamacare. One party is all-in for it, the other is indelibly etched in the public mind totally opposing it. Late yesterday, the Administration announced that has decided to unilaterally (and by the way, illegally) postpone enforcement of the employer mandate for a full year, until 2015.

Over the weekend, the former Massachusetts governor offered some comments on ObamaCare that are causing some folks to question how strongly the GOP presidential nominee remains committed to full repeal of the president's unpopular health care law.
