Jody Hice (R-Ga.), the FED Transparency Act would require the disclosure of federal pension records under the Freedom of Information Act and a report from agency heads on performance bonuses given to employees.

Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.). The RIP MSP Act would repeal the ObamaCare Multi-State Plan Program, which is a pathway to a public option for healthcare.

Mike Braun (R-Ind.), this bill would require the Department of the Interior to submit a report detailing all federal land holdings and the costs of maintaining them.

Mike Lee (R-Utah), the Global Trade Accountability Act would require congressional approval for any unilateral trade measures, including tariffs, carried out by the executive branch.

Introduced by Reps. Ron Kind (D-Wis.) and Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) in the House and Sens. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) and Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) in the Senate, the Craft Beverage Modernization and Tax Reform Act (CBMTRA) would permanently extend the reduction in the excise tax on beer, wine, and distilled spirits that was passed as part of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.

The bill would decouple Social Security benefits from Medicare Part A enrollment, allowing individuals if they so choose to to opt out of Medicare Part A without losing access to their Social Security benefits.

Justin Amash (R-Mich.), the Export-Import Bank Termination Act would abolish the Export-Import Bank, a relic of the New Deal and cesspool of cronyism.

On behalf of our activist community, I urge you to contact your representative and ask him or her to cosponsor the Fifth Amendment Integrity Restoration (FAIR) Act, H.R. 1895. Introduced by Rep. Tim Walberg (R-Mich.) and Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), the FAIR Act would reform federal civil asset forfeiture laws to increase the evidentiary standard needed to subject property to permanent seizure and restore the presumption of innocence in federal civil forfeiture proceedings.
