FreedomWorks Names Member and Bill of the Month for December 2021

WASHINGTON, D.C. — This week FreedomWorks announced Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.) as our featured Member of the Month and the joint resolution to Repeal OSHA’s Unlawful Vaccine Mandate (S. J. Res. 29 and H. J. Res. 65), introduced by Sen. Mike Braun (R-Ind.) and Rep. Fred Keller (R-Pa.), as our featured Bill of the Month for December 2021.

On his selection as FreedomWorks’ Member of the Month, Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.) commented:

“Our freedom is imperiled now more than ever, and we must fight every day to exercise and preserve our God-given right to do what’s right for ourselves, our families, and our faith. FreedomWorks fights for this daily, so I’m truly honored to be recognized by them, and look forward to standing and fighting alongside this outstanding organization as we defeat socialism and secure and expand freedom for the American People.”

On the selection of the joint resolution to repeal Biden’s vaccine mandate–the Senate version of which has already passed–as FreedomWorks’ Bill of the Month, Rep. Fred Keller (R-Pa.) commented:

“Every Republican member of the House is united in our effort to eliminate President Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate for America’s businesses. Private employers and workers have worked too hard to recover from this pandemic to have their livelihoods ripped away over what should be a private medical decision. I urge my House Democratic colleagues to stand with us and the 80 million Americans who would be affected by this totalitarian measure.”
