FreedomWorks Statement in Response to 30,000 Undeliverable D.C. Ballots
WASHINGTON, D.C. — In response to the news that nearly 30,000 ballots mailed to D.C. voters went undelivered, Adam Brandon, FreedomWorks President, commented:
"This news just goes to show that widespread voting by mail is a flawed, disorganized, and unworkable policy. We clearly do not have the structures in place to properly implement the widespread voting by mail scheme that Democrats have so relentlessly pushed since the onset of the pandemic. As a result, voters’ ballots are being delayed, sent to the wrong address, or left vulnerable to disenfranchisement or fraud. If anyone is wondering why voters are losing faith in the electoral system, they need look no further than the steady stream of bureaucratic miscues and negligence surrounding widespread voting by mail.”
