FreedomWorks Statement in Response to Joe Biden’s Debate Comments Regarding Election Integrity

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In response to Joe Biden’s comments disregarding the dangers inherent with mail-in ballots during the first 2020 Presidential Debate, Adam Brandon, FreedomWorks President, commented:

“Joe Biden’s comments last night showed his disregard for the dangers of widespread voting by mail; but more importantly, they continued the left’s narrative aimed to destroy public trust in our electoral process. Biden’s home state of Pennsylvania is itself grappling with late-game changes to the electoral process that are ruinous for election integrity. FreedomWorks urges Pennsylvania Republicans, or anyone concerned with the electoral process for that matter, to continue to push back against attempts to weaken Americans’ faith in our institutions.”
