FreedomWorks Statement in Response to Pennsylvania Mail Ballot Error
WASHINGTON, D.C. — In response to the news that nearly 29,000 voters in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania were sent incorrect mail-in ballots, Adam Brandon, FreedomWorks President, commented:
“Once voters lose confidence in the electoral system, there is little that leaders can do to restore it. Democrats know this, which is why many have continued to aggressively promote widespread voting by mail in a bid to undermine voters’ faith in the eventual results of the November 3 elections.
“With the integrity of our Republic and its institutions contingent on our ability to conduct free and fair elections, Democrats, with their incessant push for widespread voting by mail, are leaving our country in a dangerous position. Allegheny County’s error should serve as a reminder that in-person voting remains the best option to ensure election integrity.”
