FreedomWorks Statement in Response to Senate’s Confirmation of 150th Trump Judicial Nominee

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In response to the Senate’s confirmation today of President Trump’s 150th judicial nominee, Adam Brandon, FreedomWorks
President, commented:

"Confirming this many judicial nominees is no small feat. Democrats have tried to obstruct nominees — at times, viciously — since the beginning of President Trump’s time in office. Although the pace of nominations has been slow, the emphasis on judicial nominees has been vital to ensure that the Constitution and the rule of law are respected in federal courts. Obviously, there is still much work left to be done on nominations, which is why we launched our campaign at the beginning of September to encourage the Senate to pick up the pace on confirmations, driving over 106,000 messages to senators. We look forward to seeing more good news on nominees in the weeks ahead, including seeing Eugene Scalia confirmed as the next secretary of labor."
