Support the ARTICLE ONE Act, H.R. 2996 and S. 241

On behalf of our activist community, I urge you to contact your representative and senators and ask them to cosponsor the Assuring that Robust, Thorough, and Informed Congressional Leadership is Exercised Over National Emergencies (ARTICLE ONE) Act, H.R. 2996 and S. 241. Introduced by Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) and Sen. Support the Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny (REINS) Act, H.R. 3972

On behalf of FreedomWorks’ activist community, I urge you to contact your representative and urge him or her to cosponsor the Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny (REINS) Act, H.R. 3972, if they haven’t already done so. Introduced by Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wisc.), the REINS Act would reaffirm the legislative branch’s Article I authority by requiring that economically significant rules be approved through a joint resolution of Congress before they can take effect.
