FreedomWorks is proud to announce that our bill of the month for November 2020 is an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to require legislative approval for certain regulations, H.J.Res. 71, introduced by Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.). This amendment would require congressional approval for any regulation for which one-fourth of either chamber has signed a petition of disapproval.
On behalf of our activist community, I urge you to contact your representative and ask him or her to support the Energy Sovereignty Act, H.R. 1584. Introduced by Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.) the Energy Sovereignty Act would ensure that unelected bureaucrats at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) cannot bypass the will of your elected representatives in Congress.
On behalf of FreedomWorks activists nationwide, I urge you to contact your representative and ask him or her to vote in the manner prescribed for each amendment below to the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, H.R. 6147. As is always the case, FreedomWorks reserves the right to key vote any amendment brought to the floor for a vote.

This simple fact is too often ignored by those who claim to be fiscal conservatives, yet use increased defense funding as an excuse to vote for higher and higher spending levels each year.
On behalf of our activist community, I urge you to contact your representative and ask him or her to support the Energy Sovereignty Act, H.R. 4994, introduced by Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.). This bill would ensure that unelected bureaucrats at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) cannot bypass the will of your elected representatives in Congress.
FreedomWorks has selected the Energy Sovereignty Act as the Bill of the Month for January 2017 and urges its reintroduction in the 115th Congress. The bill was introduced by Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.), a member of the House Freedom Caucus.
