This November will mark the start of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. With 35 million Americans still smoking cigarettes and roughly 1.3 billion worldwide, there is a massive opportunity to make changes that could benefit the health of so many, especially considering that 70 percent demonstrated a desire to quit.. This is why it is of the utmost importance that the WHO consider all avenues.
